When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of your initial online consultation. If you choose one of our membership plans, you will be automatically billed at the beginning of each new cycle.
Where do I get my medication?
In order to make sure you get your medication as soon as possible, we will send your prescription to your local pharmacy of choice.
How much does the medication cost?
The price of the medication will vary based on whether you are paying cash, using health insurance, which pharmacy you choose, etc. We recommend checking out discount prescription websites such as GoodRx, to see which pharmacy near you has the lowest prices.
Can I use my FSA/HSA to pay for LIPSERVICE?
Unfortunately, as of right now, HSA's and FSA's can NOT be used to pay for online telemedicine membership fees, however, they can be used to pay for your prescription medication through your local pharmacy!

How long does a herpes outbreak last?
Without treatment, herpes will usually last between 1 to 2 weeks. With prescription medication prescribed by LIPSERVICE'S board certified physicians, this can be cut down to a few short days or possible averted completely!
What does oral herpes look like?
Usually 1-2 days after the initial prodromal symptoms (tingle), small reddish blisters filled with a yellowish fluid begin to form. The small blisters will then join together forming one larger blister. As the blisters progress, they will turn yellowish and crusty before the scabs fall off leaving normal appearing skin beneath.
